A long week...

It has been a long week & it's only Tuesday night! I suppose the week before your due date is always "long", but I think potty training(Cody) isn't helping the cause any. We are fighting the poop battle and I'm not even close to winning this week! We had been doing so good and then we hit a wall-

At least the mad crapper is a cutie. That certainly helps his case! I'm off to do MORE laundry...k

no new news...

The good news is that I feel much better than the last week or two. However, that doesn't do much for me going into labor anytime soon. The doctor told me it could be anywhere between today and the next 2 weeks! 1 week- I can handle, but 2 weeks and I will will be more than a bit crabby!

Here's to counting down the days and hoping not to make in for next week's check-up!

Steve's B-day!

So it was Steve's birthday last Friday & we took a few cute pictures that I thought I would share- Cody made a very tasty and slightly crunchy (eggshells)cake for his dad and bought him two new train books. I love that he buys gifts that he fully intends on keeping for himself... I was feeling a little better by the end of the week so we were actually able to leave the house and celebrate! We had dinner Friday night with a few other couples and saw some old friends at the BOB Saturday night. After a rough week, we both appreciated a little fresh (& freezing!) air!

I'm off to the doctor in the am and hoping he'll give me some reason to think Charlie is almost here! I'll update either way- I'm also going to try to find anybody who can teach me how to turn these pictures around!!!!

Since I asked so many of you to help me track down a projector to get these big dinosaurs up on the wall, I thought I should show them off. I am pretty much finished up with Charlie's room. It is painted, stocked with cute tiny, little outfits, and full of baby toys. Cody LOVES the dinos in there and keeps telling Charlie to come out so he can play with them! It's fun!

- still can't figure out how to turn those pictures??? If anyone knows how, clue me in! Thanks!

WARNING: What you are about to see is definitely disturbing! I'm not even sticking it out. That is seriously what my stomach looks like this week.

I am too new at this to figure out how to turn this picture. It should give some insight into how MONSTROUSLY large this child has got to be!

I am SO ready to deliver. I hurt all day & night at this point. Starting this week I can't lift the kids or really stay home alone with them any more. I also can't really go anywhere else during my last days of baby freedom. It's quite distressing! I was so lucky with the first 2 pregnancies and deliveries that I guess I had to have something like this coming, yet it still doesn't make it very easy to accept. I go to the Dr. again tomorrow morning...I doubt I'll have much to report!

A few of my friends have really inspired me lately to start one of these up. I doubt that days before having baby #3 is really the ideal time to try and do this, but it will make for some interesting topics and pictures!

For now, I'll keep everyone up to date with the 5 Soets & Charlie's arrival (soon, I hope!) -Take care!
